Grade 6 to Year 7 Transition
Below is the transition information for 2025-2026 transition for our Year 6 students. Student secondary school preference forms will be given out to parents by their classroom teachers.
Our Grade 6 teachers will work with secondary schools and families throughout the year to optimise the transition of our students to their secondary shool.
